HUD Homes Hub is run by a small editorial team that updates the directory and writes the guides. We are happy to hear from readers, especially when something is out of date, broken, or wrong.

Corrections

If a phone number, address, or program inventory is out of date, please email corrections@hudhomeshub.example with the URL of the page in question and the correction. Whenever possible, point us to a primary source (the PHA's own website, a HUD notice, or an official PHA Plan) so we can verify before publishing the change. We do our best to push corrections within a few business days.

For PHAs

If you work at a Public Housing Authority and want to update the listing for your agency — including jurisdiction notes, current waiting list status, or program inventory — please email pha-updates@hudhomeshub.example from a verifiable agency address. Include your participant code so we can find your listing quickly. We do not charge PHAs to update or maintain their listings, ever.

For applicants

We unfortunately cannot help applicants directly. We are not a Public Housing Authority, we cannot place you on a waiting list, and we cannot expedite an application. Your local PHA — listed on this site — is the right starting point for any application or status inquiry. For tenants in active disputes with a PHA or landlord, the National Housing Law Project and your nearest legal aid organization are excellent resources.
